Overview

Seven Oaks Property Owners' Association (SOPOA) is the property owners association that is responsible for assisting our homeowners in maintaining the level of excellence throughout the Seven Oaks community that makes it one of the premier communities in Tampa Bay.  In that Seven Oaks is a deed-restricted community, there are Covenants that each homeowner is asked to adhere to; and SOPOA, along with our management company, Associa Gulf Coast is responsible for ensuring that the entire community is maintained in a way that will maintain home values and provide a high quality of life for every homeowner.

The SOPOA Board meets every month on the forth Thursday and everyone is encouraged to attend to be better informed about your community.  Please take the time to acquaint yourself with the Master Design Guidelines and the Covenants, so that you will know what is expected of each homeowner.  You will find most information you might need on this website, but feel free to contact any SOPOA board member or our property manager from Associa Gulf Coast.  Enjoy your life in Seven Oaks, and know that we are here to help any way we can.

Seven Oaks Property Owners Association which is managed by Associa Gulf Coast under the direction of the Seven Oaks Property Owners Association Board of Directors represents residents residing in the deed restricted communities of Bellafield, Brookforest, Copperleaf, Crosswinds, Fairgate, Forest Edge, Grassglen, Knollpoint, Lakeside Town Homes, The Laurels, Pinecrest, Sabal Point, Shoregrass, Stonecreek, Villas at Edenfield, Villas at Willow Creek, Villas of Deer Run, Watermark, and Willowstone.  Property alterations and improvements require approval from the design review committee (DRC) by completing an Architecture Modification Request (AMR Form).

In addition to Seven Oaks Property Owners Association, residents of Villas at Willow Creek, Villas of Deer Run, Villas at Edenfield, and Lakeside Town Homes have an additional association (Sub Association).  Any applicable modifications/permissions require the approval of both associations.
